I have used many different kinds of pre-writing throughout my school career. They have ranged from out lines to lists and brain storming. I have found that for me, sitting down and just writing out my thoughts the way I feel the paper should be works the best. I will then revise the rough draft and make sure I have it just the way that I want. I have found that all the other pre-writing skills are not for me. They make the papers harder for me to write.
